Refund policy

Due to the organic nature of the items, exchanges and refunds are not accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective.  To be eligible for a exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged or returned.  Personalized or customized products fall within this exemption and cannot be returned.
